think your being very unfair on moyes there rock. arteta was a top quality signing for f*ck all. he even had him on loan for the first season. anyone could seen even at the huns that he had potential. pienaar is a decent player aswell. cahill has gone great for everton and didnt cost much from milwall. lescott and jagielka were championship players too that he has improved. beattie was a bad signing but sheff utd were stupid enuf to give a lot of that money back. johnson did ok for everton for a good while and somehow fulham decided to give everton 12m for him. so he made money there. im struggling to think of any serious blunders he made in the transfer market. oh wait there is. does anyone know if andy van der meyde is stop populating the AA clinics of liverpool?

he does tend to splash out large late in the transfer window alright. altho as kib said he hasnt lost any money on aj & not much on beatty. fat der meyde is a waste of space he has hardly played 10 games in 3 seasons. maybe saha was bought to keep him company cos i cant see him stayin fit for long.
moyes also says he has been trackin fellaini for 2 yrs which is a bit odd. surely a move for him before he played uefa football this yr rulin him out of evertons campaign would hav been wiser.

When I read that stuff about tracking Fellaini for 2 years I guessed it was Moyes trying to convince supporters that it wasn’t simply a case of paying massively over the odds for a panic buy at the very end of the transfer window. Obviously, I’ll happily apologise to Mr Moyes if he provides TFK with scouting reports and dossiers on the player covering the last couple of years.
