Ah fantastic. Did he win well? No pictures.
By about half a length I think
Nearly lost it as swerved all over track .
6th
So close
Saw that, had to be snatched up in the final furlong and as a result lost the place. He was very unlucky in running too and looks a nap next time up.
Bet 112
Newfangled, 2.30. 2/1 numerous. 4 points
Having a big bet here, half sister to Dawn Approach, looks a serious filly, but far the best 2 y/o filly in training, she’d put it up to most of the colts! Won a good maiden by a mile lto and should have progressed. 2/1 is a great price altogether.
Bet 113
Samitar 3.45. 5/1 numerous. 2 points.
Samitar is a little harshly looked on I feel. She won the Albany last season and was a very good winner of the Irish Guineas. Some ppl saying it was a fluke win, not me, she has every chance of following up with another Group 1 win today. Think she’s over priced at 5s and won’t mind the ground.
Bet 114
Qaraaba 4.25. 8/1 numerous 1 point e/w
Trained by jumps trainer Seamus Durack this horse has progressed through the ranks at an unbelievable rate this season. Really progressive didn’t come off the snaff winning last timee out. Will enjoy ground/trip and it’s not as strong a handicap as one may think. 1/4 odds 1,2,3, he should be there at the finish.
That’s the shot TTK - had a nice lump on that myself. Blew them away.

1 more for TTK.
Ah lovely. Again no pics, impressive?
Frankel-like
Super stuff TTK
Thanks lads. Not to be with the other two, didn’t see Samitar, Qaraaba was beaten 1 length, but finished out of the places in 4th.
Qaraaba was given a poor ride by George Baker IMO, stayed on well at the end and deffo one to keep an eye out for.
Bet 115
Memphis Tennessee 3.05, 11/2 numerous 2 points
Think this one is overpriced. Maybe it’s because APOB’s haven’t been at their imperious best this week, however Memphis Tennessee is a high class colt in his own right, 4th in last year’s Derby and an easy winner of a Group 3 at Chester on his only run this year, he looked to be a much better filled horse on that outing too. Has to have come on for that, trip/ground ideal, not convinced by the fav and the yard have a good line on what it should take to beat Aiken. 11/2 too big.
Bet 116
Pastoral Player (betting w/o Black Caviar) 10/1 Boyles. 1 point e/w.
Black Caviar will win so it’s a race for 2nd. Pastoral Player is speedy talented and in form. Hughie Morrison has done well at this meeting in the past and I think this one can run respectably behind the hot fav. Don’t like the french horse, Society Rock is opposable, if Pastoral Player can break well then he will be involved. Once he’s in the top 4 then the e/w part is a winner, fair enough value in that.
A tremendous Royal Ascot week. 5 winning bets and a 19.3 points profit. Hugh Taylor & Pricewise both made a loss on the week. That’s 116 bets in this thread now over 6 1/2 months and we are still way out ahead on 45.27 points profit. I hope there are some that have followed this thread although I doubt anyone has just had these exact 116 bets, if you were having €100 per point you’d be up €4,527.00 and looking at exotic holiday brochures.
