Massive handicap for a team like Glasgow to cover. Connacht are fielding a ‘weakened’ side but there are a lot of lads on the fringe looking to prove their worth for a possible HC spot. Glasgow are over-rated, will struggle in my mind to cover 15 points, even at home. Don’t be fooled by their 18 point win last weekend, they won’t have things all their own way tonight. If Connacht frustrate them early then it could get messy.

This looks a serious bet to me. It’s a Welsh derby, Scarlets have had a great start, Osprey’s have had a mare. Great time for Osprey’s to carry the underdog tag and put up a performance. They are a proud side and will be annoyed with losing at home to Ulster, but embarrassed at getting smashed at home by Glasgow. Expect a backlash. Don’t forget they are reigning Magners League champs who have handed Scarlets serious beatings in seasons past.

Keeping an eye on Connacht for you TTK. The rugby is appaling but Connacht hanging in there 5 points down with about 20 to go.

You need a listed class horse to win this race, it’s a very high quality handicap and you must have a bit of class about you. Mizra looks to have the perfect profile, acts on soft ground, is a real speedball and has a listed win at Cork to his name. He was beaten in Group company last two runs but now back in a handicap off 104 he looks dangerous. Draw in stall 24 could be tough but hopefully there will be pace stands-side. You’ll definitely back worse 25/1 shots.
No goal in the football final tomorrow is 9/2. Both teams tend to pack the defences, could be worth a couple of quid? Always the Dubs in the minor minus 6 is evens.
