Finished The Sopranos last night - a greta way to spend the last eight weeks.
Mrs Croppy almost broke the Television due to the lack of a definite ending. I must admit that I was aware this was coming and denied knowledge of it for my own entertainment.
Probably go with Narcos next and @count_of_monte_crist has strongly recommended Fargo.
is Friday Night Lights worth persisting with beyond season 1?

Started watching Fargo last night, watched an episode and a half is only ok so far does it get better??

By far the best easy going tv show out there. I loved it.
The women grow on you to creep levels. Hard to know is the mother or the daughter hotter.

Ya but yer one turned i to something else.
My missus commented somewhere along the lines of “fuck shes looking hot now” in relation to the start of S5. She grew up over might.
Already mentioned, but half way through Mr Robot Season 1, very good.
I think it tries too hard. I gave up after four episodes. It’s got too much of a niche following not worthy of it. It’s almost cool to follow it.

How so.
That first episode of the new season of Fargo is as good a 50mins of a TV series as i’ve seen anywhere. Really whets the appetite for what looks like a possible masterpiece in TV.

I love a couple of characters already. Ted Danson is brilliant in his role.
Kirsten Dunst has aome pair of tits.

Yes i acknowledged some surprise myself with Dunsts big tits. Danson had very minimal involvement in episode one but agreed he was good. The bit with the UFO was a real curve ball they threw in there, will be interesting to see how they develop that if at all. You have to love the Minnesotan accent, it makes for really good TV/Film.

Narcos is sensational tv best thing I’ve watched since Peaky Blinders.
Ya its well set. Reasonably easy twang and paused repetitiveness for actors to pick up.
Its very well done
Don’t think it’s great myself, certainly not worth the high accolades you’ve bestowed on it.

I love columbia and all that so I’m prob bias. Also I don’t get to watch too many knew tv series. I usually just watch endless repeats of ones I love.
It’s a decent portrayal of a true story, 1st episode of Fargo surpasses Narcos, excellent viewing, excellent.

What is fargo about? Netflix?
Season one is on netflix yeah and it’s excellent. But season two is a totally different story and new characters and looks like it is going to kick season ones ass. New episodes on C4.

Netflix for Season 1, Season 2 currently on Ch4 Monday nights, very clever writing. Top class viewing imo.
