Ya she was depressed enough there a few weeks ago. Its only when normal stresses come together like work, money etc that it beomes an issue which is normal. If we feel down everything gets magnified.
However she lives x-mass here and that is a novelty so she is living it again. I’m not usually affected by weather but i just say a couple of times recently i have questioned coming back. Getting the flu is the worst. I was never sick in Oz.

[spoiler] I thought that in season 1 Lou had a limp from being shot in the leg by an Indian (Hanzee). How come he doesn’t get shot in the leg in the finale.

November to February anywhere in Ireland outside Dublin would darken your soul. Dublin gets zero rain almost and theres a bit of a buzz around so I’d except it for that reason. For all australias faults, I can’t imagine how someone would enjoy moving there to Ireland. What makes Ireland, especially rural Ireland, is the people you know, the craic etc. It might suit retirees from cities who just want free of congestion and the rat race, but young people moving here must be close to tears.

Ah not really. Ireland, or at least rural where i’m from and we live, is very similar to where she grew up which was also rural. Rural Oz is great and completely different from the cities, the most pronounced difference i ever experienced.
No doubt the weather can be an issue.
It’s tremendous entertainment and completely fucked up at the same time. Makes you wonder about the Graham Dwyer case as well !!,
Rural canada is the same. rural everywhere I’d wager, cities are stress producers.

@rocko it took me a while but I’ve finally gotten round to Parks and Rec again, fucking outstanding.
It’s been recommended to me several times but never tried it. Might give it a go over next few days.
I gave up on S01 before and rocko recommended I skip 1 and start on 2. It was inspired and I would suggest you do likewise.
