What exactly did you expect? How was it an anti-climax? It fit in perfectly with the theme of the program - the corrupt and punitive nature of the American criminal system.

Depends if you don’t like it for a good or stupid reason. These lads expected something they had no reason to expect and judged it off that, which is stupid.
Haven’t seen it so no idea what ye are talking about really. But if someone was disappointed with the ending they were disappointed with the ending

Careful now lads or ye will spoiler it for the rest of us. I’m four episodes in but what I suspect will happen is he’s fucked and he’s not getting out for a long, long time. Whether he did it or not. No need to confirm or deny. My own opinion is it is just the latest hyped to oblivion US show, a bit like Mr Robot which I stopped watching about four episodes in as well. I’ll keep going with this a while more but I’m finding it quite meh, albeit the opening episode was excellent. The lawyer John Turturro (?) is the best character and only character saving it. I thought the detective would have a bigger role but he has fallen off in the last few episodes. Biggest problem is the main character I find it impossible to sympathise with him due to his consistent lack of emotion and he’s just a dislikeable sort to me. I also find how he’s getting on in prison totally unrealistic.
