Transcendental.
Series 5 of Strike on Rte 2 on Tuesday evenings. I think itâs a bit of a hidden gem. Great storylines and great performances from Tom Burke and Holliday Grainger.
The Sympathizer was dark and whacky till the end

Hell of a show, brings to light whats happening kitchens all over the globe every single day.
Anyone who has been in that industry, they can relate. Show snaps that the food only gets there off the back of the characters and life dramas involved along the way- passion, commitment and need for a wage are just as meanigful as any of the other ingredients
Just finished season 2 of Blue Lights. A very good show.

Have you watched The Responder - Martin Freeman in the lead as a Police officer in Liverpool. Think each season has only 6 episodes⌠Itâs decent enough lad

Yeah, itâs a bit Responderish, storylineâs are very strong and acting is generally top notch.

There is no plans for a second season. It was a limited series.
I thought it was a little disappointing. Good idea, strong cast, etc. but the overall piece wasnât top notch. Would agree that it was a good finish though.
It kind of resonated with me on a number of fronts which is probably why i was more fond of it than others. Really hit a nerve with some of the suject matter.
Pity there isnt a second season as had it all set up nocely to get a more exhaustive view of her side of things which i was looking forward to
