“Presumed Innocent” is a horribly written show carried heavily by a strong cast and good direction.
One thing I will say is that the daughter and son are very good in this, along with Negga and Sarsgaard.
I’ve been watching Mayor of Kingstown over the last couple of weeks. Last night the main man, Jeremy Renner, went into a house and shot four or five people dead. I don’t need to spoiler that because he does similar most episodes. It’s the toughest roughest TV series I’ve ever watched.
He’s some sort of a vigilante go-betweener paid by the FBI to keep the peace between the prisons in Kingstown and the outside world on the streets.
I hope it’s not real life USA because if it is they’re rightly fucked.
His secretary is lovely…
She drives a lovely Mustang.

It’s good. They put more into one episode than some put into a full series. It picked up a lot after the first episode.
So long as you don’t mind shootings, prison beatings, violence towards women, and endless drug use, you’re in for a treat.

One of the worst TV shows I’ve ever watched. It’s started ok and then just got more and more outlandish.

Apparently S2 was awful but S3 was great.
I gave up halfway through S2.Once that tragic hooker love story came along it went to shite

Thought it was utter shit im surprised they’ve got three seasons out of it cos it’s got some well paid actors on the books.
I found that Mayor of Kingstown to be on that Suits/Empire/Power level of shite that for whatever reason Irish people in their mid 20’s would love but I think it’s not on Netflix. There’s probably a reason why Kyle Chandler was in and out.

Most of the characters are fairly vacuous which kinda makes it a bit hard to believe people are like that but in reality that’s the game over there.

Anyone talk about “The Responder”? First season is good, second season is excellent.
On to “Sugar” next.
I enjoyed it… Season 2 a tad more far fetched but enjoyable character.
Sugar is odd.
