Does nobody in these Co.Council offices throw era’ an eye on these claims expenses when they’re paying them out or ratifying them for approval?
I know the poor councillors have stressful lives what with potholes, water supplies and medical cards so I suppose the occasional error of judgement will happen.
Did I ever tell you lads the anguishing story of the unfortunate councillor had 3 (three) suits stolen from his hotel room in the course of 12 months.
These suits weren’t chape oul’ suits either, I’m thinking Copeland on the claim form. These suits vanished while he was addressing the assembly and not while he was slurping porter at the “free bar” or so he says himself….
