You look at how successive free state governments have tried to bury the role of British state intelligence in the Dublin Monaghan bombing - the biggest terrorist incident to happen in the Free State since its inception.

And just like the Provos, MKâs bombing campaign yielded mostly civilian causalities despite civilians not being the targets.
