Itā€™s like court reporters saying ā€œX accused of Y addressā€. Itā€™s on the public record. Iā€™m not sure is there a J School convention not to post the specific number of a house but you always know where the accused lives.

So basically Roman got caught making some outrageous false advertising claim and also being in bed with some weird loyalist. Roman turned the whole thing around and made himself the victim and Twitter loves him for it.
