Tyrone 2019

That may be so but some of the comments are frankly disgusting and vulgar.

If ye have to plumb these depths to progress debate you’d best forget about it

That’s what some posters resort to when their complex about Tyrone kicks in.

Always the victim

Just when I had killed off this shite up pops…….

Leave the dead rest, where’s your respect ? It’s no visitors and family flowers only.

It’s amazing how so many negative stories about Tyrone football engulf national media despite there being nothing substantive behind them.

It’s almost like people like letting their prejudices run riot when a negative story about Tyrone comes to fruition.

Maybe it’s because Tyrone is the only county that would have it’s most successful ever footballer posting photos of his injuries on social media and looking for sympathy? Boycotting RTE because of feelings being hurt, greatest ever player runs crying to twitter, rolling over for the Dubs to tickle yer bellies 2 years in a row - where is the pride gone at all?

The Tyrone boys love going down the legal route.

They love to settle these things with a handshake over a drink after a legal battle.

I don’ t like rape or dog fighting but I’m ambivalent towards sledging, thieving, gay porn and John Bishop. Each has their place.

Good to see that the Tyrone County Board have ruled the clash involving Cavanagh was accidental.

The hateful, prejudiced assholes like fatty won’t like that.

Enda McGinley believes Mickey Harte could be tempted to recall Kyle Coney and Conan Grugan to the Tyrone senior football squad.

As Harte contemplates the possible make-up of his 2019 squad, former Red Hands ace McGinley points out that giving players a second chance is an alternative to introducing fresh blood:

“Maybe that would be running through Mickey’s mind. The big step up to intercounty level means players must be taken in and perhaps given time to develop into quality players in two or three years’ time or he might indeed be looking at some of the older players that have been around the panel before,” the three-times All-Ireland winner told The Belfast Telegraph.

“People like these could currently be playing well for their clubs and he might be looking to see if they are worth a second go. They would be brought in, I imagine, to make an impact.

“I’m thinking of players like Conan Grugan and Kyle Coney who have shown and are showing with their clubs at the minute just what they can are capable of.

“You can be sure that players who are standing up to be counted will be well known to Mickey because he knows Tyrone football inside out. Obviously if there are players in this bracket who have been in the county panel in the past then much depends on the terms on which they have left.

“Yet if they have been inside the county panel and they know the life that it brings then if it suits both parties there could be a way forward. Obviously it’s all down to players themselves. Maybe there are some who would like a second shot at the county and maybe there are some who are just happy to continue on playing with their clubs.”

No mate,it’s just nordies in general

A lot of staters have a complex about Nordies in general?

Probably true.

In fairness a lot of northerners have a complex about staters. There’s arseholes everywhere.

Your an alright sort though…but it’s piss easy to rise ya

'On 24th September 2018, members of the Committee of Moy Tír na nÓg had a first opportunity to view the video footage of the match between Moy and Edendork St. Malachy’s played on 15th September 2018, during which Seán Cavanagh sustained a broken nose and concussion.

'Having considered this video, Moy Tír na nÓg G.A.C expresses its disappointment and dismay with the outcome of the investigation by the Competitions Control Committee of the Tyrone County Board, issued on Saturday 22nd September 2018, that the referee “…adjudicated on the matter appropriately”. The cause of the clash that led to the injuries could and should have been avoided. The mark had been taken by Seán Cavanagh and signalled by the referee directly before the incident.

'Rule 7.2 Category 3 (iv) ‘Behaving in a way that is dangerous to an opponent’ is a red card offence.

'As a first stage in the appeal process, Moy Tír na nÓg G.A.C has requested to Tyrone County Board that the referee and the linesmen who officiated on 15th September 2018 review the footage again to reconsider their opinion.

'Moy Tír na nÓg G.A.C expresses its disapproval of the derogatory online comments made against both clubs and the players involved, and appeals for restraint and moderation in the expression of legitimate views and opinions.

'The health, safety and wellbeing of all our playing members if of the utmost importance to our club.

'We wish Edendork St. Malachy’s G.A.C well in their Championship match this Friday, 28th September 2018.

‘An Mhaigh Tír na nÓg GAC.’

Sweep Sweep by the Tyrone CCC it seems.

Zero shock at this. ‘Staters’ can’t be blamed for this one.
