Draw for the next qualifying round is taking place at 11 even though Celtic haven’t played the first leg of the current round. Some fairly tricky unseeded teams are in there like Hapoel Be’er Sheva.
A potential Linfield-Dundalk battle on the cards after that draw.
Alternatively it could be Irish side Celtic facing Rosenberg of Norway.
Linfield announced at lunchtime that they understood a lot of Celtic supporters had bought tickets for the game so they were reserving a stand for them. They told Celtic supporters to access the stadium via one specific route for entry into this specific stand. I imagine a fair few bhoys from up north had purchased tickets so handy for them but Celtic’s away support will be seething even more about the club itself shitting themselves and not accepting an away allocation.
I am heading west this evening so won’t be watching. I really hope we hammer these cunts. I know it’s an Irish derby but I really despise Linfield.
If it’s Dundalk we get I presume the away leg will be where our national team play ?

The old Anderton / Sheringham corner routine except with the left foot combination of Griffiths / Rogic.
First goal was a deflected header from Sinclair after Celtic kept the ball alive around the box. He was in the 6-yard box and didn’t need to jump to get the header in.
Roy Carroll had a couple of decent saves from Sinclair after the goals.
2-0 at half time.
