The worst thing about this is he’d be entitled to a visa under his parents Green Cards if they’d just applied for it at the time, but he seems to have travelled on a holiday visa instead. Both could also have become full citizens by now as well and he’d be entitled to full citizenship himself from it. It would seem they just weren’t arsed.

Feel a bit sorry for him, leaving the domestic business aside. That’s his idiot parents fault. WTF would you secure green cards for yourselves and not look after you child? To save some time and cash?
I wouldn’t expect a 19 year old to know much about this stuff.
A married 19 year old in Boston though, it isn’t Texas ffs! I expect it was to try and get him off?

Thanks to President Trump it will never be easier for Irish people to live and work in the land of the free. It is highly probable that 5000 visas for next few year will become available.
