Oh thank God, Fat Ronaldo is everything and I donāt have to glass this lad next to me. Iāve no real knowledge of Hoddle but he looked a beautiful player from what Iāve seen. Born in wrong era but maybe made him stick out even more.

The way Glenn Hoddle got himself sacked as England manager was hilarious. He didnāt even have the excuse of being radicalised into believing mad shit by the INTERNET.
Interesting comparison but Iād go with the guy a foot taller with the same technique. Both scored world cup winners. Both played out on the wing at times, Zizou for Madrid, Iniesta for Spain, itās closer than history says but at the same time if theyāre doing a mythical 100, Zizou is 20 or 30 places higher and thatās it. Great quote on Iniesta, he was just as good as Xavi as the Regista but had to play further forward because of Xavi and was always just as good anyway. Xavi but played the passes in tighter spaces so better.
Thatās where a lack of formal education came back at a very clever man. Some things you canāt catch up.

Iād say thatās Zidane tbh. Was a classic example of the cliched āA scorer of great goals rather than a great scorer of goalsā. A top class player who I wouldāve seen play during the early to mid 00ās but heād rarely ever enter my mind when Iād be thinking of the GOAT debate. Slightly overrated.
