I think the powder sets too quickly - it might be for baking maybe.
The husk absorbs a lot of water so you need to drink it with a good bit of water

Pharmacyās have it but probably not under prescription a Iāve seen it on the shelves. Fybogel is another one.
Itās not the most urgent of help but my dad has wine in a wear house in newry. He couldnāt get it delivered to an address in the south.
Any way off getting it south ie to Limerick? I donāt think couriers will cross the border will they?
Would couriers not have partnerships built up with one another?
