US Presidential Election 2016: Sidney's Victory Lap

That Rubio thing is hilarious. He did a similar thing last night with nobody arguing against him.

But letā€™s dispel with this myth that Marco Rubio doesnā€™t know what heā€™s doing. He knows exactly what he is doing.

That is mental

Can you bullet point that

Christie sought an endorsement from Democratic Mayor of Fort Lee for his Governor run (even though he was a republican). He had been looking to be seen as bi-partisan and several other Democratic mayors had backed him. Around this time Christie was seen as one of, if not the, front runner for the Republican Presidential election, so a bi-partisan support base would have helped him be viewed as someone who could cross the isles.
Anyway your man never gave him the endorsement.

Allegedly in revenge Christies aides order the closure of two of the three lanes from Fort Lee (NJ) into New York over the busiest bridge in the World (these lanes were given to other areas coming in). This was done under the auspices of a Traffic management survey, but was not approved by anyone at all and police were not informed. Order came from Christies aide directly to Port Authority. Be like blocking Tallaght from the M50 to see would it free up traffic from elsewhere, but on a much larger scale obviously. Went on for a week.

The idea was it would put the Mayor of Fort Lee under pressure as commuters would be raging at him (bizarre logic but this is Murica).

Anyway it caused chaos, naturally, massive commuter delays. Cops couldnā€™t get through to respond to incidents etc. It also meant that one elderly woman who had a heart attack could not be reached in time by ambulances and died.

Eventually media started asking questions like, why the fuck are you doing this and it was stopped?

This was all bad enough but there was then a massive cover up by all involved and investigations that went on for yonks. Never tied it back to Christie but obvious where it came from and a load of his cronies had to resign to protect him, Democrats will beat the shit out of him with it if he got the nod and as such Republicans arenā€™t too inclined to give him the nod.

A right fuck head, so she is.

Iā€™d say the RTE news departments criteria for a special correspondent now is to get some jittery young one like Caitriona Perry or Teresa Mannion who can be depended on to do something fucking stupid that will go viral and generate publicity for the news room.

A record turnout apparently.

Rubio will win this

The boys dressed as robots following him around. :grinning::joy:

Rubio looks and sounds like a young fella of 24yrs old not long out of college. Did he say he has four kids? What age is he? There is absolutely no chance of him winning the presidential election.

Heā€™s 44. Just a few months younger than Ted Cruz believe it or not.

Before everyone goes mental, lets keep this in perspective. New Hampshire has 4 electoral college votes, itā€™s not exactly California.

Itā€™s not at all representative of the national electorate, but it matters big time for the nomination.

He sounds gay as well, which is ironic for a raging homophobe. Or maybe it isnā€™t.

With only 3% in, Trump at 34%, Kasich at 15%, Bush 12% and Cruz 10%. Sanders and Clinton could be close enough based on early counts.

Primaries have nothing to do with electoral college votes. California primary is not scheduled until 7 June. New Hampshire is far more important that California when it comes to selecting the candidates for November.
