There’s a special needs school around the corner from the Beacon, according to other outraged folk on Twitter.
It’s this really that big a deal? They were spare vaccines, I know in the UK there are lads hanging around towards the end of the day in vaccination centres trying to get spare vaccines

Nope it’s a bit of a non story but it won’t go away until a few people have stepped down and the vaccination roll out is delayed a Few weeks.

No, it is a story. They gave vaccines to privileged people over sick and vulnerable people.

Ah come on now man it stinks. There’s probably 20 secondary schools closer, but they happened to pick the one for rich kids where the CEO’s children go

I think it is pretty bad tbh. The CEO having the power to decide who skips the queue and giving it to his kids teachers in a school located miles away looks very bad. It sets up an education apartheid discussion and leaves him open to question on the calculated grade front. The AZ vaccines last longer so the excuse really doesn’t wash. The Coombe thing on the face of it looked more plausible.
I’m sure the Government are livid as the teacher unions are definitely going to try and use this to try and queue jump again.

Nah Spidey posted Benildus. That’s a 20 min walk away and the back of their grounds are actually about 5 mins away.
The CEO here got teachers in the school his kids go to in Bray vaccinated.

Can’t be having some teachers with their vaccine passports able to travel freely on their summer holidays and other teachers who don’t.
This is one of the greatest injustices of all time, teachers not being able to avail of their generous summer leave as they see fit while others can.
Mad that 20 teachers were all free and ready to get a vaccine from another county that they had no idea they would get at such short notice
