That was an entertaining show. I really need to get financially educated though. Iāll pretty much believe any of them who talk a good game when it comes to economics and that Greek guy had me close to reaching for the cyanide.
That was bad form to drag Roddy all the way from Cabra to Ballymount for a few secondsā worth. I hope he had a plastering job on the southside to make it worth his while.
Yannis was very impressive altogether. Just looked up his bio - he was teaching at Cambridge but left the UK when Thatcher was reĆ«lected in 1987 because he couldnāt take it any more
Whatās his surname, SD?
Iāve been thinking about what Roddy said about the Rovers game tomorrow night being the biggest night ever for an Irish clubā¦not sure I agree.
Waterford v Man U 1969 was a bigger game. [quote=āThrawneen, post: 276411ā]

Limerick V Real Madrid in the European Cup in 1980 was the biggest.

Todayās (personal) highlight was meeting Gerry Adams (who also attended one of my talks). A most humbling moment.
Linfield 3 FC Copenhagen 0, European Cup 1st round 1st leg 1993/94 has to be the biggest
In all honesty, no once can seriously look beyond the Rangers match in 84.
Probably the first Irish football to feature on Reeling in the Years before 88 Iād say.
Athlone Town v AC Milan was fairly seismic too I suppose.
What sort of a jacket has the Labour fellow on him. Itās playing havoc with the contrast on the Telly.
Joe Higgins in full mournful mode.
Joe somewhat out of his depth on economic matters.
A pen coming ominously close to Joes ear. I wonder is someone considering stabbing him.
This Labour lad isnāt able for the baiting heās getting off Vincent. Vincent can smell the fear.
This Margaret lady is absolutely gorgeous.
Lucinda being shown up badly by VB.
Just catching up on some episodes from the TV3 player, and am watching last Tuesday nights episode about the IMF as we speak. I donāt think iāve ever seen a politician consistently talk as much shit without answering a question as Labours Colm Keaveney. An absolute bluffer of the highest order and everything that is wrong about politics. Seems out of his depth too.

This Eileen lady is a very attractive middle aged woman.
Ah lovely. The beautiful Niamh Lyons is on tonight.
