Wedding Etiquette

Could I hear this please?

Horrible post. I was an excellent husband and I’m an even better father. When you accrue the wisdom and life experiences I have you’ll realise that most marriages are failures but for the fact that they offer some sort of refuge to people who can’t manage on their own…but enough about you.

Belated congratulations. Ignore my last post, and @TheBlackSpot obviously.

How creased is a new shirt in its packaging? I’m basically too lazy to iron it.

A couple we are acquainted with got married a couple of months ago during lockdown with very limited attendance at their nupitals.

We are invited to a party they are hosting in a few weeks to ‘celebrate’ their marriage. I’ve been informed that this will be a finger food affair. What’s the going rate for the card for something like this?

You’d know if it wasn’t ironed mate. Is there any of those Chinese run laundrettes near you? There was near me in Dublin they used to iron 4 shirts for a tenner.

Nifty is plenty

I had a look and gave it a lick… I really hate shirts/suits and all that lark. @Bod95 , I’ll be around for breakfast tomorrow.

Hang it in the shower and the steam will sort it out pal

Do you intend to take your jacket off during the day?

If so - start irony.

Some cash grab isn’t it? We’ve to go to fucking Italy for a couple who’ve already been married over a year.
