Going to the mass before the our father is amateur hour. Up for communion so everybody sees you

Also acceptable to miss mass with kid engagements.

That’s exactly what the two I mentioned said. At one of the weddings one of our mates finally turned up between the starter and the main course. Two tables stood and gave him a round of applause. She took it in good spirits in fairness.

Unless it’s close family, who goes to the mass ffs?? It’s all about the party afterwards and busting a few moves to some classic 80s…

You just missed the mass did you, just casually missed the mass and think no one will have noticed. You sound like a heathen good for nothing cunt to me and show complete and utter contempt and wholesale disrespect for the bride and groom their families and the whole congregation. You’re either a heathen bastard or an uppity protestant wanker who puts queen before God. Stay the fuck away from that wedding you thick cunt. What a stupid cunt you are having to ask on here this pack of misfortunes how to get to Donegal. You fucking eejit.

Stupid cunt.

Frances is a fine “addition” to the TFK community.

It’s not acceptable to miss the mass if the mass is outlined on the invitation, it’s very very shitty behavior.

Shut your fucking mouth.

I beg your pardon?

Seventh and last wedding of the year attended yesterday. A lot to be said for autumn/winter weddings, a far more liquory affairs.

The ceremonies are on an hour or more earlier than the summer weddings to make sure there is time for photographs etc. afterward so it leads to a rake of pints between the ceremony and the dinner.

What’s the feeling around someone turning up to a wedding of a close family member in a sports jacket and open neck shirt ?

Wear trousers too.

That’s a no no.

Seems a common occurrence these days, most let it fly provided the correct amount is in the Card.

I know of a groom who did this recently.

(Not me)

Was it in a golf hotel?

Seemed a normal enough occurrence for a wedding I was at recently
