Aye. Some clown, loads of reds were required, but he could have at least sent off the right ones! Also the row would never have started if he’d just dealt with the 2 lads who were rolling around slappinge ach other as he was throwing the ball up! Neither of these players even got a yellow btw! Rainbow and Earley should have walked, as could at least 2 more Laois men for that matter. It was like he just picked out the 5 lads closest to him, and how he didnt send Earley off in the 2nd half is completely beyond me.

Christ, this place has gone worse than Hoganstand forums for bullshit rumours and a heap of negativity and paranoia. ‘We need clarity’? from whom? From Bonnar who has come out repeatadly now about his intentions? Or from the rumours that some lad heard another lad talking about? January is too early to be talking about who has been dropped and who is on the panel. Who cares if a player brought FOR TRIALS in played one match as a sub last year. If he’s good enough this year, he’ll be selected, if not, he wont be. its as simple as that.
