No.
What was Richie sent off for?
2 yellow cards. First one he was bustling through a crowd in true Richie fashion and while being dragged swung back the hurl into one of the Dublin lads heads to try and wriggle free. It was reckless enough on his part. 2nd one was for a blatant foot trip on his own 21 when he had been wrong footed and his man beaten him.
Only problem I had with the cards was that a Dublin lad had a fairly reckless swing similar to his and managed to get a free in for it as he’d been fouled just before it.
@Mac, @briantinnion, I haven’t been to a Wexford game yet this year but I’m thinking of supporting the senior hurlers based on the general optimistic tone of your online and offline reports.
I think I’ll be in Wexford next weekend. Is the football league starting? I think we’re at home in Round One.
I don’t know Paul Carley and I think I’ve only spoken to him once or twice ever (as he went about his postman business) but he deserves credit for his work with the combined colleges team. And also for keeping his counsel when others weren’t doing likewise during that recent minor hurling controversy. He seems like a decent sort.

I’d agree with your summation of Mr. Carley, one of the good guys.
Thats perfectly understandable @Mac - suppressed memory as a result of post traumatic stress disorder due to having been to New Ross. Its very common. I have first cousins living in New Ross who send me Christmas Cards and keep banging on about all the good times we’ve had together. Do you think I could ever recall any instance of ever setting foot inside their door?
It was decreed on things that are wrong earlier that bumping old posts is unacceptable because you may be lying in the old post, or in the new post. Or your view may have changed, or it may not.

Well, well, well - Clonard and Volunteers amalgamating for Under 21 hurling and football and Junior A hurling.
Brendan Furlong has the exclusive on Eoin Quigley’s inter county hurling retirement in The Wexford People today. Quigley joined back with the squad after Christmas and had been training but informed the management and squad of his decision last week.
