Had half an eye on it after Celtic got the cushion of the 4th goal.

Good to see less experienced lads like Flood, Dwyer, Oisin Foley making key contributions late on in a tough game.

Will take that. Serious work rate, and to be honest, I felt the Dublin game last week was not a game they wanted to have in their preparation. Massive difference in attitude from the Kilkenny game, to the Dublin one to the Limerick one.

I felt today we worked a short game tactic a little more than the previous couple of games, so its good to see an ability to mix it up when necessary.

Bandage has just mentioned there as I’m writing, but delighted for Flood and Mikie in particular to perform at the upper level of our team today. These lads were getting fuck all chances under Davy so its nice to see the reward for these lads getting their shot.

Its February, it was a horrible day, and it will have absolutely no bearing once championship comes around, but nice signs of progress so far. Small steps to bigger challenges.
