Swing and a miss

Thatโ€™s not it

Galway allegedly threw the game to make a few pound.

I would have my doubts.

This guy fucks.

@count_of_monte_crist hard going for that poor girl down your parish. Hopefully the gofundme goes well.

In fairness to Egan heโ€™s staying true to his word about giving lads chances during the league, Clare have named close enough to a championship team so will be a very tough task on Sunday.

Good to see Jack Oโ€™ Connor back in the team. His physicality is invaluable this time of year. The likes of Flood and Banville are worthwhile additions to the starting line up as well. Thought Conor Foley deserved to keep his place based on the Galway game.

Good to see him roll the dice but Iโ€™d wonder what Cathal Dunbar has to do to not start a game. He must be absolutely unmarkable in training.

Midfield no less. Heโ€™ll hardly start that far out the field though.

If he could start on the very left if midfield with a tracksuit top on Iโ€™d be happy

Will Jacko be hitting the frees wide this week?

It was tricky to tell on telly but apparently he played midfield against Galway.

BDE said in the local paper that Rory Oโ€™Connor, Lee Chin, Oisin Foley and maybe someone else Iโ€™m forgetting were back in training. None in the match-day squad though. He said the only longer term injuries were Liam Ryan and Richie Lawlor.

Ross Banville will be on frees.

Is this game in the telly box at all lads?

No, Limerick Galway is the only live game this weekend.

Not even deferred coverage which is surprising given its the 2nd highest profile hurling game of the weekend.
