Wexford GAA 2023 🐐

Sickened. My first league game in the park I’m missing in about 10 years due to work issues.

Can’t make the game either. I was about to ask if there was any streaming service showing it, but it looks like it’s Liam Spratt and Southeast radio for me🙄

Were the boys in Fraher Field tonight? I mistakenly thought it was a 7pm start rather than 5. Starting to move up the Div 4 table now.

No, out in setu Waterford at 4. Strange venue choice. Great win. They’re always dogged.

Yeah they won in Wexford Park in league and championship in recent years. A pity about the draw with London because a tilt at promotion isn’t completely out of the question. Well capable of beating Wicklow and Carlow. Sligo probably a decisive game. Played them in Wexford Park last year so would assume it’s away from home this year.

Yeah, above in Marckievicz.

Good win for footballers, Waterford has caused us problems the last few years

Waterford are playing Antrim in Dungarvan tomorrow in hurling with Walsh Park closed for redevelopment, seems they think it can’t cope with games 2 days in a row, they played Carlow in Carriganore too, both games were originally down for Dungarvan but moved. I think Waterford are meant to be struggling badly this year with alot of players no commiting, some players in their extended panel apparently wouldn’t be guaranteed starters for their clubs.

We could do with Laois beating Wicklow, but that’s not going to plan so far

Didn’t see that coming.

Fuck sake @myboyblue

Suppose it throws the division wide open, but it would have been better for us if Laois had won all their remaining games

Without getting ahead of things be sickness if draw with London proves costly

That win against a depleted Waterford team is hopefully the shot in the arm they need at least.

If we win the rest of our games (no way a given), we should go up

Christ we’re fucking useless and I’m fucking frozen

I don’t follow Wexford football closely these days but that Liam Coleman chap has looked like a great prospect on the few occasions I’ve seen him play. I think he played last week after missing the first two and then missed today with either a recurrence of the injury or a new one. I would imagine we’d need him to be putting himself about and getting on top in midfield for us to be able to win away to Sligo.

Not shocked Laois had a slip up in the group, ourselves and Carlow were in touching distance with 10 mins to go so haven’t been blowing away teams.

Laois are shite mate

You have us on tenterhooks here @Pirlo
