Another one who needs remedial math. The problem is caused by the volume of greenhouse gases being emitted, and the constant increase in said emissions. Emissions are increasing due to China, India and the rest of the developing world ramping up fossil fuel usage. The US and EU could be at zero emissions and we would still have a worsening problem.
You said the problem was caused by the”ROW” when on your our figures the worst offenders are the EU and the US so don’t give me any bluff and bluster about remedial maths. My maths are perfectly sound.

The solution is obviously the US and EU populations need to go back to living in mud huts and let those that are responsible for grossly overpopulating the planet inherit it for it’s last few decades.

What is it about 75% versus 25% that you are struggling with, a differential that is gong to continue to increase? The population of various regions is irrelevant, the overall volume of greenhouse gases is the only number that matters.
If that’s the case why did you go to such trouble to make a distinction between the “the EU and the US “ and the “ROW”?

Because the regions responsible for the current 75% are increasing, some of them rapidly (take a look at China’s numbers) and the regions responsible for the 25% are flat or declining.

The issue is the increase in greenhouse gas emissions, one person could be responsible for all of it and it is still the same problem. Those driving the increase have to slow down, and of course will do eventually when we hit the tipping point.
Solar cooling will save us. Climate change will stop it being a mini ice age. Any climate models that ignore sun spot activity is pointless.
