€80 probably for an existing contract depending on which one you’re on. Excellent phone.
CM (or anyone else), reminder on this when you get the chance for the Free MP3 app on Android.
Music Junk is a great source of free music for Android phones. Search by artist etc and just download - possibly similar to that app above with the cryptic “MP3 Download” title.
Don’t think you can get it on the Market anymore so need to just google for the .apk file and install it that way.
TV Flash is good for watching tv on the mobile.
any good iPhone ones of late. Bump is pretty cool as is Dropbox.
Cheers Rocko - downloading both of them now. Is the free music legit or dodgy in some way?
FilmOnTv is a great app if you’ve access to wifi to watch it. Not sure if it works down your way though. Skyscanner is a good app for anyone looking up flights on the phone.
It seems legitimate but you’d have to wonder how it could possibly be.
I’ve tried downloading a few songs but the download fails due to “file not found”. Is this common enough?
This is the one I think… I got it through google rather than the market, and it just shows up as MP3 Downlaod
It’s free if you’re a new customer. I’m currently trying to wrangle one for free on an upgrade from O2 but they haven’t taken the bait yet. My contract is up though so i’ll probably move to vodafone if I can get the right deal out of them
Got the S2 on Thursday after getting it free with Vodafone upgrade and all I can cay is…holy shit what a phone! serious piece of tech right here, delighted with it so far.
Whats the price plan like for the free S2, and is it only available with Vodafone and emobile?
Great app here for lads doing a bit of coaching or analysis. It’s called easytag and it lets you make an easy to use interface for tracking incidents in a game or session.
What sort of software does the Samsung Galaxy S2 use for managing music and stuff? Is there an app store of some type similar to the Iphone? I’m think of upgrading to it from the iphone.
My iPhone turns itself off a fair bit and when I charge it, it won’t go up to 100%, usually stopping around 50%.
Thought they were the greatest thing ever til all this started happening. Might go for the Samsung myself
Actually dragged a cyclist out from under a tractor this morning after he was run over and went to call the ambulance but iPhone had turned itself off!!
The 3GS I have is getting problematic. It freezes every now and then and generally takes up a mind of its known. Not really interested in the 4 as alot of people I know with it are having problems with it. The main button sticking being the biggest problem.
Every phone company I’ve spoken to cant praise the Samsung enough.
Hold tough for a few weeks and see what the iphone 5 is offering.
Unless it’s something fairly revoultionary I’ll be switching over to the Galaxy myself.
Fair play to the tractor man.
Has there been any leaks of what the iphone 5 will do or look like yet? I presume the design will be similar to the 4.
