Whats the best Irish radio station to listen to?

Did she play nice music?

BBC R4. She presented the today programme. It’s on the player.

Not one note. Just the usual worthy BBC 4 stuff.

A bit dull?

It put me back to sleep anyway

The wife had Xmas FM tuned in on the radio in the kitchen. It appears to have been replaced by a Classic Gold 80s station til the end of January which has very few ads or presenters talking rot.

A grand bit of background noise

Radio 1 still do the D’angelus :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

At least Tubs clocked in this morning. But the schools are all back on Thursday, I’m sure Claire will be back in :+1:

Shannonside Northern Sound pumping out a truckload of country stuff this morning. Declan Nerney, Mick Flavin type of stuff. Carter even in on it…

While generally an aficionado, this stuff is fairly feckin’ morose……
Girlfriends running off with postmen, dogs getting ploughed by lorries etc…

I don’t know how I ………:flushed::face_vomiting:

Main headline on TodayFM news just now was the price of a pint of Guinness increasing by 12c next month. Must be nothing else going on in the country.

To their credit, it was an absolute stroke of genius to put Louise Duffy into the 12-1 spot on Radio One. She’s brilliant and a great reset by the station to bring along the likes of me to keep listening at this time.
