Sheedy is only as good as the team around him. Could be very good for Limerick with the right coaching personnel. Without it I’d pass on him.
He’s worth a lot on his own, as his record with any teams he’s involved with demonstrates. He also would be a good man to get the right people around him, which is where you’d have huge doubts over many other potential managers.
Don’t think Carey would do it for the love of Limerick. He was paid to manage his home club last year.
