Why is Rugby So Annoying?

Lauren’s physio class In ul had some of the best looking girls you’d lay your eyes on.

The manner is which Ireland won was most impressive … they’ve really backed themselves under Farrell , it’s great to see… even to a casual observer the way Ireland played under Schmidt was very one dimensional but for some reason Irish rugby fans wouldn’t hear of it til it became obvious to a blind man on a galloping horse … only concern is have is there any fear Ireland are doing their usual peaking too soon out from WC @gilgamboa ?

Lauren is very striking in real life. Saw her at the match in Ennis.

That was very impressive from Ireland. What was more impressive was that I wasn’t in the least surprised by it and they kept NZ at arms length pretty handily for the last 10 minutes. They had a lucky break when Porter wasn’t sent off. I couldn’t really differentiate between last weeks red card and that one, but they’re the breaks in sport. That Beirne has been brilliant all series. If Ireland find a pair of wingers in the next year they’ll stand a very decent chance of winning the World Cup. The current pair are very moderate but Lowe is a good kicking option I suppose.

To me Thats the problem right there … it makes no sense … it’s pure fear of the All Blacks… they could be in worse position by WC…

I think Cora and Nikki were both in it, maybe Hannah and Muireann too

Any reason why we might fear them i wonder?

The lad on the wing for Ulster Balacoune is probably the fastest player ever to play for Ireland. Was injured for this.

Can he defend though?

Thats probably the big question, he is very good passing and especially offloading from what I’ve seen of him. Wouldn’t have the kicking of Lowe, but he’d be right wing and Lowe left.

There was a clear difference.

The New Zealand chap who got the red card last week basically attacked Ringrose with his head, he ran into him. Ringrose was blindsided by him.

Porter was basically stationary by the time of the contact. The impact was created by the ball carrier accelerating into the defensive player. Yellow card was fair, though I’d have been erring on the side of it not even being a yellow.

Doubt that. I’d say Conor McGregor is the most recognised Irish sportsperson internationally by a country mile.

That saddens me if it’s true

None of those are current Irish sportspeople.

They are respectively:
A former sportsperson from Ireland
Not a person
A Swiss criminal
Not a person
An Irish player of a non-sport

Wouldn’t be overly pleased about it myself but I’d say it’s true. Probably the most recognised Irish person of them all particularly amongst the young. Used to be Bono but I’d say it’s McGregor now. Years ago if people abroad detected that you were Irish they’d ask if you knew Bono, now they ask if you know McGregor.
