I’d say it’s nearer 10% actually do have an interest … wasn’t there a story a few years ago about pre championship meet and greet for senior footballers where not one fan turned up to meet players …that’s unbelievable

Of course there are. But most counties don’t also have a 10% Protestant population.
It’s demographics like this mixed with the county never having any early success in any GAA senior competition.
