Serena typically gets better as tournaments go on. She loses in early rounds or she wins the tournament.
e.g. She hasnât lost a Grand Slam semi final in 6 years.
As cluaindiuic has said, Sharapova has a wretched record against her. Hasnât beaten her since 2004 and has lost 16 on the trot. Hopefully that stretches to 17.
She could take a set off her but on balance I feel the most likely outcome is Serena to win in straight sets.
I would expect Serena to beat her in straight sets. Its a pity either of these 2 will make the final, I cant stand either of them.
