Wine

Anyone try it?

Yes - not great. Bit of a gimmick. The Art Malbec is the best of their range

Agreed

It’s full of sugar. A confectionery wine

English rose in Aldi ain’t half bad.

Don’t like Prosecco, but seemingly the Prosecco in Lidl is very good. €13 a bottle.

Spumante is the Prosecco you need to buy versus Frizzante

Tokaj is a sweet white wine. Egri Bikaver for a red.

The first place in the world to make wine was Georgia. Stuff I tasted was too earthy for me.

Was it you or someone else on here said that it’s technically not even a wine or something.

Nice with a grill alright.

Have you done any of the Napa tours.

On my list when this is all over.

I’m about an hours drive from Napa and Sonoma so we go 3/4 times a year, sometimes more. It’s got very crowded over the years, obviously this past year an exception. Haven’t done a winery tour for a good few years, a bit boring after a while. Prefer to just go to a few favorite wineries for tasting and a lot of them now have food and wine pairing.

Looks good for the planet.

Hopefully your Claret won’t be affected.

Marques du Riscal 15 quid in carry out off licences. It’s a lovely drop and usually 25 quid so worth stocking up on

I can feel the warm sun on my face reflecting on a day well spent at the pool when I drink it.
