Listen nobody wants to read about you talking about riding boys in lit or wanking or porn It’s sick.

As I said everybody is different. You’ve a very narrow view on everything that you can’t see that. Everybody should live their life as they see fit and not try and conform to your 9-5 life style.

In all fairness, you’ve absolutely destroyed that Tipp cunt @carryharry there.

Why not avail of the PTSB cash back, the 2% monthly cash back and then switch at the end of the fixed period.

If you have been approved six months and not drawn the funds down they will request additional six months bank statements, if revolut transactions are there they will look for those statements also.

Fuck yourself you little cunt. You were calling me a simpleton a while ago for buying a house and settling down and now your playing the “look everyone is different” bollocks.

I said anybody that buys now In their mid 20s is simple. Very different.

@anon78624367 is a bit too sincere for the internet.

Very simple or very smart, in that they rent the place to young professionals for essentially free money. Also have the asset to sell whenever.

That’s all well and dandy if we don’t head straight into another economic crisis.

An interesting thing that Im hearing about lately is lads sub letting houses, taking cash in the hand from the other tenants and actually making a profit from living in a nice middle class 4 bedroom house share. Want to be a bit of a bolox to do it though.

I am I suppose.

It’s fascinating that when someone doesn’t play pretend, tell lies or post macho bullshit people think they’re losing their minds or having meltdowns.

That’s the way it’s gone I suppose

He abused me yesterday and calls me all sorts. Then spends the next 24 hours debating me on every single point I make. It’ll be like debating kev when he retires.

He’s a nice auld skin, just can’t tell that you’re winding him up.

Look at the last post and decide who’s wound up?

It was pretty much a plea for help to you, of all cunts.

Why do you debate somebody endlessly that you think is an idiot? It makes no sense.

It’s an internet forum.

I didn’t respond to you directly at the start of this debate. You tagged me.

I had two tags from you when I woke up this morning as well.

I think we both suffer from needingthelastwordism

That’s gotten me in wicked trouble irl

Is it ok to not buy a house if you’re living rent free in someone’s head?

I haven’t heard that in a while!

I’d find lads who have a plan like that a bit peculiar, surely you’d just be better living the life as it comes to you. Iv seen plenty of fellas with a similar plan who stay being one of the boys til they are mid 30s, panic then that all their mates are settled down and having kids so do the same with the next woman they meet who agrees to it and end up thoroughly miserable. Either they marry one their own age who they have little in common with except a desire to have kids, or a younger one who expects her older man to be a provider and to stop socialising completely. A lad of 24 should enjoy life and close off no avenues.
