The basketball being gone is a massive drawback. Indoors is really where you need to be at this time of year. Its a great sport too.
The whole thing seems to have been caused by a game being postponed to accommodate dual players .
Probably spending too much time on their make up.

Well surely either or both could have worked around the other? Could they not host two events in the one day?

The LGFA are an absolute bombscare, Iâd put nothing past them.
They seem to blame the gaa when anything goes wrong.
Its a result of having no facilities to call their own. Between themselves and the camogie crowd wanting their own autonomy yet the donât own a blade of grass between themselves.
Thats a very simplistic viewing of it, and it explains away fair too much. They are a bombscare because they have shocking people running the organisation. Hickey is just the latest in a line of them.
Imagine someone in the LGFA thought that Limerick would be beaten in the semi final so the pitch would definitely be available.
I donât know the lady but an organisation like that where you have hundreds of affiliated clubs yet you have to ask another organisation for the use of facilities is a clusterfuck waiting to happen. The Camogie/LGFA is another joke. The GAA and Sports Ireland should come together and give them three years to amalgamate or cut their funding. They need to be subsumed fully into the GAA (they are nearly there but need the extra push).
I wouldnt touch a camogie or LGFA club under their current guises. Their membership structure is a disgrace, the clubs are bled dry by the Governing Body. The GAA shouldnt touch them until this is all sorted out. It would be an absolute disaster at grass roots to do so, GAA clubs would end up funding the top table of the LGFA and Camogie.

Her comments on the time in the dressing room were at best ill advised. Itâs almost like the people in charge are underestimating the occasion. An all Ireland semi final FFS.
In truth, it was decent of the gaa to facilitate the use of croke park.
The GAA has done extremely well this year. Really well.
They seem to have no clue how to run the organisation they are bequeathed with. In truth, the fault lies with the fact that anyone of any use is already in the GAA, and the ones who end up in the Camogie or LGFA carry grudges against the GAA, and or their sister organisation. Iâd day theyâre fucking hell to deal with when the bodies all sit down together. The stories, by God the storiesâŚ
