Getting it in 3 is a pure fluke. There are probably around 20 words it could have been on an average 3rd guess. Would like to see someone do the math

Has anyone ever not got it in 6?
Not sure I agree, depending on what you define as a ‘fluke’. My second guess, in that instance, was a calculated one, based on morphology, and gave me four of the five letters, effectively granting a 25% chance of being right on third guess. That I guessed m – rather than f or h or j – is a kind of luck but hardly a fluke.

I have. But I was in a rush and just wanted the answer so threw in anything to get it.
