Hard to believe they left NPHET out of the constitution that time, a scandal I’d say,

I wonder have they conveniently left out anything else, I think they had a provision for the Virgin Megastore but fuck all for Facebook :rage:

really like the term gasper

there was a gasper talking to a cager about the provision in the constitution where the govt are bound by NPHET advice

I have heard a lot of folk say in Limk ā€œgone out to Killaloeā€, back to Glin, Foynes, Newcaste etc
down to Dingle, out to Cappamore, Murroe, Annacotty, where the person saying it is Mungret based !

I looked it up before but I’ve forgotten and I don’t have a clue what it refers to now,

It’s refers to the Wizard of Oz. the Strawman had no brain.

My old Accountancy teacher, Eddie Fallon, used often reference Strawmen or Men of Straw in terms of financial litigation. Basically, you can’t get something out of someone who ain’t got anything.

Did he teach the well known accounting principle that if your mother sends you down to the shop with 50p you can’t get a pound’s worth of goods?
