Responsibilise. A great word my previous manager had for finding out what person/minister had responsibility for an issue and foisting it on them to address.

I think horsey is more into word meaning denial which is a different side of the same coin.
Horsey just wants words to be used in their proper context -I dont think there’s anything wrong with it
