Speak out about it. Themselves and those cunts in the GPA. Acknowledge it has become a huge issue and state it is unacceptable. Direct clubs to ban players who have been convicted of using drugs. Direct clubs to ban players who are openly using drugs and creating and fostering a drug culture in clubs. These fellas ain’t exactly discreet about this.

Don’t expect them to. Just deal with the ones happening in their clubs and becoming a real threat. Theres a club in Cork whose players wear it as a badge of honour and not an eyelid bat. Fucking disgrace. And every single Minor & U21 coming into that adult club are going into an accepted drug culture.

What are you talking about? A GAA Club has the authority to suspend a member for verbally abusing a club official, a ref, a mentor, a fellow player etc. all far minor offences. It also can suspend players for bringing the Association or Club into disrepute. Openly using drugs and bragging about it would tick that box I reckon.

Amateur is irrelevant mate. It’s their illegal activity that is the issue. It clearly brings the Association into disrepute.
