Decent match here between Scotty Waites and Dean Reynolds.

Waites just levelled at 1-1 in sets.

Scott Waites took 5 months away from darts this year when his kid was born. Of course he kept his full time job.

And he’s still playing nice darts.

I would hate to see him playing 12 months of the year on the PDC circuit.

Also Dean Reynolds missed dart 8 on a 9 dart finish. Instead of a mass booing as you get in PDC there was a mooted applause so as not to disrupt Waites’s throw. Reynolds responded with a silent clap motion.

Our own Killian Heffernan is level at 1 set all in the youth final at the moment. 170 and a 156 out shots so far and one of these lads is only 15. Incredible standard in the BDO.
