All eight players who participated in today’s wonderful quarter-finals are true guardians of our game.
All can take equal pride in and credit for the feast of darts they have treated us unconditional lovers of the game to.
Wayne should be proud of his 12.5% share of the credit for today’s all-time classic action.

I was so engrossed in the darts and I just realised that I forgot to have any dinner and I haven’t eaten since lunchtime.

Unfortunately didn’t see any of today’s action (sounds like a day that will go down in Lakeside folklore).
Also with the Crucible, Lakeside must be the most inspiring cauldron in sport
