2013 Senior Hurling Championship

Fuck off

The long grass must be getting very full these days.

Routine enough Munster fare today.

But a win is a win and I think we will come on for it, with the monkey off the players back.
One win and the monkeys off yer back, ye have it good:clap:

I doubt Limerick will beat Tipp that badly

Has anyone ever waited in the wings instead of the long grass?

Nope and no team ever feared another team

did they ever respect one?

Offaly team:
James Dempsey
Chris McDonald
David Kenny
Kevin Brady
Rory Hanniffy
Ger Healion
Cathal Parlon
Conor Mahon
Dermot Mooney
Colin Egan
Brian Carroll
Ciaran Slevin
Shane Dooley
Joe Bergin
Sean Cleary

Haven’t seen much hurling in Offaly for an age but looks like a strange enough team. At least two of the the full back line more at home at half back. The centre back was impressive for Kilcormac at full back. His previous championship appearances for Offaly were at full forward. Both wing backs are good forwards and Parlon, esp. hasn’t any real experience as a defender.

Saying that it is as good a team as Offaly could put out I’d say. Looks like they picked their best 15 players available and then put them in positions.

I could really see Kilkenny skinning a few of these lads and getting in for a few goals. The scoreline will depend on how interested Kilkenny are.

Jesus no Michael Fennelly and would you look at the midfield and half forward lines they still manage to put out.

It amuses me how they get what were average under age inter county hurlers and turn them into all time greats.

I can’t see Healion stopping Richie Power from doing lots of damage.

thats cutting edge stuff right there…

After seeing the teams I’ve lumped on kk -11

Deary me. We have a live one here.

none of those forward are that hard to handle with the exception of Colin Fennelly
That Lester Ryan lad is a pure league hurler

Any idea what form reid is in? Not that he’ll have to be razor sharp or anything. Safe enough bet i think.

Kk people reporter just tweeted that he couldn’t overstate how good he was in last club game

Good to see him back after filthy off the ball late pull from tannion broke his kneecap

you’ll lose this bet
