Did anyone notice Peter Kelly’s frontal tackle on Richie Hogan last night at all? He was very fucking lucky to only see yellow for it. Barry Kelly got that one wrong in fairness.

Dublin were all over them, worked incredibly hard, outnumbered them 3 to 1 in every tussle
RTE needs a GAA channel.
There are so many matches on this weekend and they all have to be condensed down in a 2 hour show tonight.
Could they not have stuck the hurling yesterday onto one of the extra Saorview channels? especially when they were streaming the game anyways.

Gas seeing KK men squirm and get so rattled. They are great men to talk down about Cork and the strikes and all that, yet when someone offers an opinion on how dreadful shit (but very effective) they were to watch they get all upset. I thought all they cared about was All-Ireland’s and not what people thought about them. More sensitive lot than I thought.

It took a long time for refs to catch on and actually start refereeing Kilkenny. The combination of this along with age and injuries resulted in what we saw last night. With their injured players all back they could well still win the AI, but I reckon they’ll be gone before they have the opportunity to field their strongest team. Lovely.
Had to endure the same problem with some KK fans. 
Look Cork with their tip tappy Ben and Jerry Newtown hurling were not that nice to watch either when they were winning all Irelands. Kilkenny hammered the living bejaysus out of the SIPTU brigade a few times but of course that was all Gerard McCarthy and Denis Walsh’s fault. Kilkenny also had the smarts not to get so sucked into the stuff some of the Cork lads were trying to get them into i.e. marching with socks down etc. Twas the Cork SIPTU branch that got all sensitive back then with their " look look the Kilkenny lads wont pull down their socks - they promised they would" .
Kilkenny have taken their defeat well. The only axe I would have to grind with them having been at the match was some of the commentary towards Barry Kelly during the match
