Hindsight is great stuff altogether, Fran. I made my money on Dublin the first day and made a disciplined decision to leave it at that. That’s all.
Kilkenny will school Tipperary next weekend. Tipp will pick lads like Gearoid Ryan and James Woodlock instead of the tippy tappy lads like Callinan and Bourke. Kilkenny will eat them without salt.
Mullane knows the score and his articles reference punting and odds quite a bit. I’d say with problem gambling becoming more of an issue in the gaa it’s only a matter of time before some killjoy hack worry’s aloud about the influence this has on our youth.
As for Kilkenny/Tipp Im struggling to recall a bigger game of hurling ever played outside of an All Ireland Final, it’s easily the biggest qualifier ever. The winners will be automatic favourites to win the championship while for the losers defeat could well be terminal.

It will be epic. You’d have to go back to the Tipp/Cork saga of 87/92 and Galway/Tipp in 1989 to get as big a game outside the All Ireland.

Two has-been teams, sledging away. This match would be more appropriate scheduled on the Steve Collins v Roy Jones Jr undercard.
Are tickets on sale for the KK/Tipp Match?
Powers make KK ever so slight favourites with the handicap @ -1
.
Can’t wait for this KK/Tipp match at the weekend. I expect it will be a bit competitive.
It will be massive Fagan.
Just ordered my ticket for the KK/Tipp match on Saturday night. Can’t fucking wait.
what club u with taz?
Club 92
Is that the nightclub at leopardstown racecourse? Always wanted to check out the talent there.
Not with a club. Just got my ticket on tickets.ie.
It will be a busy weekend, Kilkenny on Saturday for the match. Then back to Dublin on Sunday to watch the dubs win Leinster.
will the Dublin fans row in behind the hurlers next sunday Taz? crowd - will it reach 35K?
It’ll be around 35k I’d say. 33k attended the 2011 Leinster final and there were 42k at the 2011 League final although the Galway-Cavan u-21 football final was on that bill.
club slapperydoo…
35 euro a stand ticket might turn some away
