2nd last day. Women’s 4x400m relay the main attraction. Elbows Shanahan could do anything either if there’s a bit of hustle and bustle. Nothing to watch till the evening

Hodgekinson looked like a walk in the park. Dodnt knock a feather off her and miles clear of the others who were out on their feet. Similar enough to Paula Muir in the 1500. You’d wonder what the brits are doing at that level of mid distance to be so dominant.
