A fair charge is a shoulder to shoulder charge, any other type of charge is an unfair charge. The referee guidebook refers to an illegal charge/collision, despite the rulebook not mentioning collision at all.

Around 7,000 tickets have already been sold a couple of days out from the match.
Why the fuck is that match not at 7pm on Saturday and broadcast live on RTE 2?
Offaly v Tipperary in Tullamore in a knockout All-Ireland hurling championship tie is a proper match.

Disagree. I donât think Offaly, as losers in Joe McDonagh final, should have earned right to play in All-Ireland series. This is a a warm-up game for Tipp.
Seems strange that these werenât played last weekend to give everybody a 2 week run in.
