Their pitch was flooded so they couldnt train.

According to their manager before the game they had their pick of pitches around the county to train on.

Would have been good preparation for Walsh Park

I’ve been saying for a long time how poor Cork club hurling is. Good formats but quality is not good. 1 win since 2009 in Munster club says enough.

Its a carbon copy of the Kilruane match last year.

Only trying to rise @Fagan_ODowd. They’re septic and an awful indictment to the standard of the cork club scene.

One of the Sars lads broke his own hurley across his knee at full time.

Corofin pulling clear in Galway.

They’ll probably win the AI Club now.

Moycullen had this lost when their fans were afraid to go terrace on a cloudy day

Kilruane were drinking up until the Thursday of their game v Ballygunnar and came down with about 7 lads strapped up.

Sars had no such excuses and were shite.

Please remove those Moycullen clowns from the Power Rankings @peddlerscross

There was a Jimmy Nodwell played soccer for Limerick in the early 80’s and played for one of the Cork teams prior to that. Fairly sure he was from Cork.

Moycullen 1-9 Corofin 1-11

It’s only 0-2 each after 17 minutes but it’s a good game in the Kerry final.

A very agreeable fellow by all accounts.

Corofin v Clonmel Commercials and Kilmacud Crokes* v Watty Graham’s Glen will be the most exceedingly attractive GAA Double Header of all time at HQ on Sunday January 7th.

Cork will have to content themselves with the title of best attended county championship

Presume he could head the ball with aplomb.
