Downey is fine centre back when teams launch long balls. When teams run hard through the centre, he is very exposed. See Offally last week.

He is aggressive too and that rarely works out at centre back in the modern game. Joyce is shit hot I think. Cant blame him for how the Clare game went. Waterford was a bad day alright but i wonder was he carrying an injury
