A new low for Israel. How low can they go?

I know a young lad who was going out with a Jew girl that he met in college.

She persuaded him to get circumcised and after a month of the poor fucker walking around in agony, she dumped him.

Did the Israelis set out deliberately to provoke this? It certainly sounds like they did

Evidence sounds circumstantial

Agree based on the snippet provided

That’s harsh , hope he was thick skinned…

so . it depends what you mean by Israelis.
now this is all politics.
Otzma yehudit for some inexplicable reason managed to radicalise 2% of the electorate or whatever it is and Ben Gvir snuck in as part of some mish mash haredim , right wing , zionist, religious party. In any other state these would be your clare daly type characters but in a messed up democracy they can hold a coalition together.

so what happens in April and election number 4…absolute deadlock. bibi and likud are courting everyone to get a majority. the religious lads are up for that…bibi still doesn’t have the majority tho and you have the new reality that a bizarre coalition involving an Israeli Arab party, Labour and the Jewish home party led by ayelet shaked and naftali Bennett can oust him…but again. power games.

so what do you do…bibi has no option but to bow to the far right. Ben gvir who previously wanted Netanyahu in prison is now the guy who has in a manner quite similar to the Bosnian Serbs in prijedor in 91 lit a match that has started a war but ultimately could keep Netanyahu in power…look at the violence in Lod last night as well…so now by trying to create tension between arab Israelis and the local working class in poor cities like this is an attempt to radicalise and polarise the local population…its sinn fein , dup stuff here…and all to benifit Netanyahu…the minister for war

that is what is happening

What would be the origin of these hard right Israelis ??

They seem to be a different type to the ultra orthodox guys who can be a very very broad church .

That bibi is an awful bollox. His only principles are keeping himself out of jail it would seem

the ultra orthodox are a scourge but have nothing to do with annexation of land.
they are dangerous as they want to impose more and more restrictions on society and reap more benefits but by and large like …they don’t talk or engage with secular people or arabs. they have no interest in anything bar themselves really …they cause huge social unrest by not working and then bibi makes concessions to them like shuttering the place on Saturday as he needs their votes…everyone hates them really

now the settler movement are very prominent and are in Jerusalem and the WB especially, they are very vocal politically and in working class ares can radicalise young people very very quickly…this is what you see now

100%

Would the hard right working class be relative recent emigre from the old Soviet Union ??

obscene

no
the hard right working class are mostly from the north africa and iran, as in the closest possible thing to the arabs you can get
they have faced years of discrimination from the Ashkenazim who see them as well Arabs ( think catholics in NI in the 70s) , Bibi is their hero and they are used as pawns by Ayelet Shaked and Naftali Bennet like all working class in every country to furthur political motives and are easily manipulated… Maccabi Tel Aviv and Beitar Jerusalem would be their sporting outlets, the latter the equivalent of Red Star Belgrade the early 90s… in a fan sense

ok
that actually happens every year here on Jerusalem Day but this year it was fuelled by a load of these madman, the al aqsa riot in the background adds an interesting context as well… you hear that song at the football a lot when things gets heated as well, this is nuts

slightly hypnotic

imagime it building in a packed stadium , 60 mins gone, 10pm at night, nil all, police full of riot police… ground shaking, smoke from flares going accross the pitch,
